1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy: At SkyBlu Furniture Mart, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every product. However, under certain circumstances, we offer refunds as per the terms below:
Eligible for Refund: Products received in damaged condition or with manufacturing defects (expect imported item). Wrong product delivered (different from the confirmed order).
Reporting Timeline: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp +91 7591912232 /email - skybluintl@gmail.com along with photographs and video.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original mode of payment or account transfer.
Non-refundable Items: Custom-made or personalised furniture (like made-to-order sofas, beds, or dining sets..etc). Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placing the order or before production begins. Customised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. If cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued within 7 working days.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across Kerala via our in-house logistics team or third party service.
Delivery Timeline: Orders are usually delivered within 3–10 working days, depending on product availability and delivery location. For customised furniture, delivery may take 10–21 working days.
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned during checkout or discussed before dispatch.
Delays: SkyBlu Furniture Mart is not liable for delays caused due to external factors such as strikes, weather, or transportation issues. We will keep you updated proactively.

Warranty: Warranty (if applicable) will be mentioned on tax invoice. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, water exposure, or self-modification.
