ITINEARARY: 

Day 1: Nairobi

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi; you will be met by our representative. You are then transferred to your city hotel and briefed about your safari. Overnight at Nairobi Hotel.

Day 2: Nairobi - Masai-Mara

Distance from Nairobi to Masai Mara, 280 km - 5 to 6 hours Approx.After breakfast depart to Masai Mara, drive via Narok (the major Masai Administrative center) to one of the stellar events of our safari- The Masai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya's most precious wildlife sanctuary. This is big game country and long famed as one of Africa's greatest concentrations of game. Plains games are found here in staggering numbers, which in turn supports a tremendous predator population. During your afternoon game drive, you will have opportunities to see herds of Impala, Wildebeests, Giraffe, Elephant, Topi, Wild Buffalo, Warthog, Ostrich, as well as Lion, Cheetah, Hyena, and possibly the elusive Leopard. Transfer to Hotel, Overnight at Mara.

Day 3: Masai-Mara

Your schedule today includes pre-breakfast and late afternoon game drives. Traveling across the savannah, you’ll rendezvous with the Mara residents- herds of Buffalo wildebeest, hartebeest, impala, and gazelle. The Masai Mara is the northern-most extremity of the great Serengeti ecosystem. Here, black Rhino browse among dense thorn bushes and herds of giraffe and elephant roam the woodlands. Large numbers of hippos gather to feed and swim in the Mara River. Boasting Kenya'’ largest predator population, the reserve is renowned of lion prides up to 20 strong. Nestled under canvas, tonight you’ll dream of all the wonders of Africa, Overnight at Mara.

Day 4: Masai-Mara - Lake Naivasha

Distance from Masai Mara to Lake Naivasha is 240 Kms 4 to 5 hrs approx. After breakfast drive taking you into the Rift Valley to Lake Naivasha arriving in time for lunch, Lake Naivasha is surrounded by stands of papyrus and is a bird-watchers paradise. Water birds exist in great variety and abundance. Fish eagles and ospreys, herons and egrets, lily-trotters, red-knobbed coots and black crakes can be found within the area of this beautiful lake. In addition to the bird population, over 500 hippos reside in the lake; the beautiful lake is fringed by papyrus and acacia trees and supports a vast array of bird species.  Although it is more than 10kms across it is very shallow and its area varies considerably with the rainfall, so much so that in the early 1900s it totally dried up, overnight at Lake Naivasha.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha - Nairobi - (120 Km- 2 To 3 Hours)

After breakfast depart for Nairobi, and visit Giraffe Center. Overnight at Nairobi.

Day 6: Departure

After breakfast depart for your flight back home.

Travel Documents & Requirements

  • Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa (Handwritten passport is not acceptable)

TRANSPORTATION:

  • Above itinerary is based on 1 Micro mini Van (7 Seater) and maximum you can fit 6 Passengers in 1 Car & if number of travelling passengers are more than 6 than one has to take more cars as per your requirement. 
  • Local English Speaking Drive come Guide will be available for each Vehicle during your Tour for Kenya & Tanzania.
  • If you wish to upgrade your vehicle from micro minivan to 4 X 4 Wheel Drive Car, then there is an additional charge of approx. USD 120 Per Day per Vehicle. 
  • In Kenya all the vehicles are Non AC so kindly take a note of that. 
  • Vehicles in Kenya and Tanzania has limited luggage space 

Luggage:

  • Please be reminded to inform your clients that the luggage allowance on our schedule flights is strictly 15kgs per person and that soft bags are highly recommended, if not essential.  In light aircraft the baggage area and weight,
  • Allowance is limited. Hard Samsonite type suitcases do not fit into the cargo compartment easily, if at all. Due to limited space available for storage in safari vehicles, we strongly recommend use soft duffle bags rather than hard suitcases.

Note for Road Condition in Kenya & Tanzania:

  • The road situations in Kenya & Tanzania and the surrounding are unpaved roads, and sometimes are tough to pass through even in 4 x 4 vehicles with high clearance. The roads are quite muddy and full of potholes so passengers having any back problems or any issues; are suggested to take precautions accordingly. 

Important info

  • There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
  • Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle. If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
  • Standard Check-in and check-out time of International hotels is usually 1500hrs and 1200hrs respectively.
  • Visa Disclaimer : Please note that a ultimate choice in regards to a visa application rests exclusively with the individual Embassy/Consulate. Visa cost is non-refundable.
  • To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
  • SkyBlu International officials or representatives will NEVER ask you for your personal information i.e. your credit/debit card details, passwords, PIN, CVV, OTP etc. Please do not share these details with anyone over phone, SMS, Whatsapp, email or any other source.
  • Please Note: We reserve the absolute right to alter, amend, change or modify the tour package and itineraries. This may be necessitated due to factors beyond our control such as Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, sport events, weather conditions, traffic problems, over booking of hotels/flights, cancellation/ re-routing of flights or railway, closure of / restricted entry at a place of sightseeing.
  • Airlines do not allow name change facility after ticketing is completed.

Booking procedure and payments:

  • A confirmation letter appointing us as the travel partners to handle your requirements and accepting the terms and conditions will have to be issued from your end. Customer should provide us the rooming list & meal request to us well in advance to confirm the same.

Payment terms

  • 50% of the total payment to be made at the time of booking.
  • 25% of the payment to be made at the time of confirmation of services.
  • Balance payment to be made 10 days prior to the departure.

Cancellation of the Tour by Client

  • If the client wants to cancel the tour, he must intimate the company in writing mailed to us at our office address on working days within office time. If the booking form has been signed by one or more persons for themselves and for others mentioned in the form, communication signed by such signatories would be treated as valid communication for cancellation for all such persons mentioned in the form. The computation of the period of notice of cancellation shall commence only from the time the written request reached the company at its office in Cochin on working days within office time. In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charges would apply:

75% of the tour cost

Less than 07 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the tour.

If the client is no show on the tour

100% of tour cost

In addition to the above, in case of cancellation of tour by either party, the amount spent by the company on visas, medical insurance, poe including administrative charges would be payable by the client. If the total cancellation charges mentioned above exceed the amount paid by the client, the balance amount would be payable by the client.

In case of third party products, the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned third party service provider would be applicable and in addition the company shall have the right to claim service and communication charges.

It is a clear understanding between the parties that for the purpose of this clause cancellation can be due to any reason whatsoever including the reason of inability to participate due to any reason including illness, death, court orders, non-availability of travel documents etc.
